GENERAL
ARTICLE 1
These regulations of internal order apply to the entire complex of the stadium of K. Beerschot V.A. – Atletenstraat 80, 2020 Antwerp during football matches organized by K. Beerschot V.A. (hereinafter referred to as the organizer). Every person entering the complex acknowledges these regulations, accepts them, and complies with them. The Regulations of Internal Order are displayed clearly and visibly at the entrance of the stadium complex..
ARTICLE 2
Every holder of an admission ticket or a special authorization issued by the organizer enters the stadium complex entirely at their own risk.
The organizer cannot be held liable for theft or accidents.
ACCESS TO THE STADIUM COMPLEX
ARTICLE 3
Every person presenting themselves at the entrance to the stadium must be in possession of either a valid admission ticket or a special authorization granted by the organizer that proves the authority to enter the stadium.
The admission ticket grants one-time access to the stadium.
Every person inside the stadium must carry this admission ticket or special authorization at all times.
ARTICLE 4
If applicable, the admission ticket indicates the assigned seat in the stand or zone.
ARTICLE 5
Persons not in possession of a valid admission ticket, special authorization, or who cannot justify their presence on another lawful basis (such as security or emergency services) will be refused access or immediately removed from the stadium.
The buyer or recipient and every transferor of the admission ticket or special authorization are jointly and severally liable with the final holder for any damage caused by the latter inside the stadium.
CONTROL AND ISSUANCE
ARTICLE 6
Anyone entering or wishing to enter the stadium, including holders of an admission ticket or special authorization, must submit to the verification of their admission ticket or special authorization.
If stewards are present, they may request persons entering or wishing to enter the stadium to voluntarily submit to a superficial check of clothing and baggage by stewards of the same gender, to detect objects whose introduction could disrupt the match, endanger spectator safety, or disturb public order.
Stewards may request the surrender of items that may disrupt the match, endanger spectator safety, or disturb public order.
Stewards decide which objects may be temporarily stored for return after the match. The custodian voluntarily hands over these objects free of charge and receives a ticket. After the match, the object will only be returned upon presentation of this ticket. Articles 1915 to 1954quater of the Civil Code apply.

ARTICLE 7
In accordance with applicable laws:
- Persons entering or wishing to enter the stadium are informed that, based on security considerations, the organizer collects and processes data.
- Images of persons entering or wishing to enter the stadium may be collected, stored, and processed.
This is done for the police services under legal provisions (Articles 25 and 41/1-14 of the Police Act of 5 August 1992). The processing of these images by the police or, where applicable, the organizer (in that capacity under Article 10novies of the Football Act and within legal provisions and agreements) is solely to ensure security and compliance within the stadium complex. It aims to prevent and detect acts punishable under the Law of 21 December 1998 concerning safety at football matches, crimes, and breaches of the internal regulations, and to facilitate sanctioning through identifying offenders.
ARTICLE 8
Information regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (GDPR) concerning the protection of natural persons regarding personal data processing and free movement of such data:

Legal basis for processing and processing purposes:
- Legal basis: Law of 21 December 1998 concerning safety at football matches (“Football Law”)
- Processing purposes: Processing images recorded by stadium cameras to prevent, detect, and enable sanctioning of acts punishable by the Football Law or breaches of the organizer’s internal regulations, by identifying perpetrators.
- Categories of personal data: All data recorded by cameras that can identify or help identify a person.
- Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data: The controller, competent police, and judicial authorities.
- Retention period: Images leading to official reports regarding offenses punished by the Football Law or breaches of the internal regulations are kept for six months, except when seized per Article 35 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. For Police Zone 5339, images are generally kept up to 12 months, with access granted for one month to involved parties.
• Rights: Individuals have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability by contacting the Data Protection Officer.
• Complaints: Individuals may lodge complaints with the supervisory data protection authority or the Police Information Control Body (contact details provided).

PROHIBITED OBJECTS OR POSSESSIONS
ARTICLE 9
Holders of an admission ticket or special authorization and persons present in the stadium are prohibited from bringing in, having brought in, or possessing the following, among other items:
- a• Alcohol, drugs, or stimulants
- Bottles, glass, cans, or similar materials intended or used to contain liquids or drinks
- Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid, or gaseous form
- Flammable products or materials, spray cans
- Pyrotechnic devices such as flares
- Any weapon or dangerous, cutting, or blunt object capable of being used as such
- Any means to disturb order, endanger crowd safety, and/or cause damage to property or persons.
ARTICLE 10
Animals are not permitted in the stadium without the consent of the safety officer.
ARTICLE 11
For safety reasons, the organizer reserves the right to:
- Assign a ticket holder a different seat than indicated on the ticket
- Interrupt or stop the match
- Temporarily detain spectators in the stadium at the end of the match
- Completely or partially evacuate the stadium
- Refuse stadium entry even if a valid admission ticket is held.
PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS
ARTICLE 12
Inside the stadium, it is strictly forbidden for holders of an admission ticket or special authorization to:
- Make or participate in making photo or audio recordings of a match for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use without prior permission from Pro League/Voetbal Vlaanderen/ACFF or KBVB. This does not apply to accredited press photographers, filmmakers, or journalists operating within their accreditation or contracts with Pro League/Voetbal Vlaanderen/ACFF or KBVB commercial/media partners. Selling photos commercially without permission is prohibited.
- Collect match data, scouting data, or statistics without prior written authorization from the organizer or the relevant football authorities, except for their own private, non-commercial use.
- Access non-public parts of the stadium or stands other than those indicated on the ticket without prior approval from the safety officer. The organizer reserves the right to assign a different seat for safety reasons.
- Climb buildings, fences, enclosures, light poles, dugouts, roofs, or stand on seats or benches before, during, or after the match.
- Engage in offensive, provocative, discriminatory (racist, xenophobic, homophobic, etc.) texts, symbols, chants, gestures, or statements.
- Obstruct access or evacuation routes, stairs, corridors, or remain in such places longer than necessary.
- Disguise themselves or conceal their identity.
- Sell or offer drinks, food, or other products without express permission from the organizer.
- Throw or move any object, liquid, or gas towards the pitch, surrounding zone, or stands, or manipulate such objects dangerously.
- Throw any object on the pitch, in the stands, or surrounding zones. The KBVB/organizer reserves the right to impose maximum civil exclusion and recover any damage from the responsible person(s), including material damage, disciplinary fines, compensation to Pro League, and procedural costs.
- Smoke during matches, events, and associated activities in the Jupiler Pro League, 1B Pro League, and Croky Cup in any form (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, tobacco-heating devices, or other tobacco products). Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking zones outside the stands as defined by the Pro League.
- Urinate in public (wild peeing).
- Cause damage to persons or stadium infrastructure.
- Display banners, flags, or other objects without prior approval from the organizer. Such items must not:
- Cover advertising boards,
- Obstruct the view of the pitch,
- Obstruct evacuation routes.
REFUSAL OF ENTRY AND REMOVAL FROM THE STADIUM
ARTICLE 13
Access to the stadium will be denied or refused to persons who:
- Are visibly under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other stimulants
- Have been banned from the stadium by the organizer, national/international football bodies, or administrative/judicial authorities
- Show behavior that clearly aims to disturb or provoke public order, such as inciting violence, hatred, or anger
- Resist steward checks or are found in possession of weapons or dangerous objects
- Violate one or more provisions of these regulations or refuse to follow the organizer's appointed or mandated persons’ instructions.
ARTICLE 14
If the organizer refuses stadium access or removes a person for safety reasons, neither the organizer nor the ticket seller is obliged to refund the admission ticket.
ARTICLE 15
Persons denied entry or removed, or who do not comply with the internal regulations, may be excluded from attending football matches under the applicable civil exclusion procedure.
This procedure is nationally organized by KBVB as the umbrella sports federation on behalf of clubs and/or organizers regarding their supporters.
KBVB, as umbrella federation, has the same rights and capacities as the organizer to initiate a civil exclusion procedure.
The Law of 21 December 1998 concerning safety at football matches and its implementing decrees apply.
ARTICLE 16
Specific provisions related to K. Beerschot V.A., Atletenstraat 80, 2020 Antwerp:
- It is forbidden to offer drinks in glass containers outside the canteens.
- Throwing paper confetti or other objects is not allowed unless with prior written permission from the Safety Officer.
- Entering the stadium with air horns, musical instruments, megaphones, or other sound-producing devices is prohibited.
- PVC flagpoles up to 1.5 meters are allowed.
- Larger flags/banners may enter the stadium with prior approval from the safety officer and submission of necessary certificates.
- Support actions must be requested at least 10 days before the match and will only be permitted if they meet conditions.
- Drivers with valid parking permits must follow steward and parking attendants’ instructions. The organizer is not responsible for accidents or theft in parking areas.
- Beverage outlets for visiting supporters close 15 minutes before the end of the match.
- In addition to Article 5, neither the organizer nor security services are obliged to return confiscated items that compromise safety, match progress, or public order, except for helmets, umbrellas, and personal items.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to persons damaging the organizer’s image (e.g., involved in disturbances, football-related or not).
- K. Beerschot V.A. may recover all damages, including fines imposed by KBVB/UEFA, caused by breaches of internal regulations from responsible persons.
- Other cases not covered by this regulation or law are to be arranged in consultation with the safety officer and require written approval.
The Law of 21 December 1998 concerning safety at football matches and its implementing decrees apply.
