He is the club's single point of contact for the technical staff and players, interview bookings, photo shoots, press releases, questions, and any other media related business.

Direct interview appointements with the staff and players, are not allowed!





PRESS ACCREDITATIONS  Upon presentation of a valid and personal press card issued by sportspress.be, along with the corresponding accreditation, K. Beerschot V.A. grants journalists and photographers access to the press room and press stand during home matches.

The pitch area is accessible only to official media rights holders (cameramen and reporters from DAZN), as well as to photographers and accredited club media.

Accreditations are mandatory and must be requested by email via www.sportspress.be no later than 48 hours before the start of the match, including your name, press card number, and media outlet. If the request is approved, tickets will be sent by email.



PARKING  Parking permits for the media are issued by K. Beerschot V.A. to the respective sports editorial offices of newspapers, radio, and television stations. They distribute the parking permit(s) to their staff members who cover K. Beerschot V.A. matches for their media outlet.

PRESS ROOM  The press room is located on the first floor at the rear of the main stand of the Olympic Stadium. Access is via the stairs just past the entrance to the VIP lounge complex. At the top of the stairs, turn right towards Bar Grisar, then take the first door on the right.

This space opens two hours before the start of the match for all media and can accommodate 50 people. The press room is equipped with sufficient communication lines and power outlets.

On match days, Bram Vaesen is the point of contact for all media relations present. He can be reached at bram.vaesen@beerschot.be.

Approximately half an hour after the match ends, a press conference with both coaches is held in the press room.



PRESS STAND  The press stand is located on the left side of the main stand and can be reached from the press room via the stairs that lead directly to the main stand.

The press stand is reserved for all media except TV press and photographers, and consists of two long rows of seats. In total, there are 52 seats available, with all technical facilities.





SCOUTING REQUESTS  Please submit your request 48 hours before the start of the match via tickets@beerschot.be (including your full name and date of birth). Our club will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Seats are limited.
