The 21-year-old Belgian has signed a two-year contract at Beerschot, with an option for an additional season. Arslan joins Beerschot as a free agent from RFC Liège, where he made 23 appearances last season. The technically gifted player is known for his creativity, his excellent ball control and his ability to find solutions in attacking situations. For Abian, Beerschot will be his second professional club.
