The Liberian striker joined Kiel in March 2023. In his second season, he played a part in the club's promotion to the Jupiler Pro League. However, a persistent injury kept him sidelined for a long time, limiting his playing time.

This season, Kosiah played eight times for Mauve-Wit. In total, he scored six goals in the Beerschot shirt. With a view to getting more playing time, he has now opted for a new adventure in Serbia.
