Now that the 2022-2023 season has come to an end no less than five A-squad players will leave the club with immediate effect: Leo Seydoux, Abraham Okyere, Nicksoen Gomis and Ilias Moutha-Sebtaoui.
Seydoux and Gomis were on loan from Westerlo and Sheffield United respectively and will return to their club. Seydoux featured in all our games this season, while Gomis came on as a substitute in one game only.
Abraham Okyere and Ilias Mouth-Sebtaoui are at the end of their contract, which will not be renewed. Just like Frédéric Frans's contract. Beerschot are in talks with Frans for a job in another role at the club.
Dante Rigo, whose contract also expires at the end of June, has had talks with the Board about a possible renewal for next season; a decision is to be expected soon.
